When I right click on any webpage the menu will goo off the top or bottom of the
screen depending on the location of the curser. It will not allow me to choose
selections in that menu that are at the top or bottom. The picture I referenced
(http://img243.echo.cx/img243/130/rightclickmenusmall8qm.jpg) was snapped in
full screen mode with the curser just above the mozilla.org banner.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. right click anywhere in a web page

As described in Details 

Expected Results:  
A way to have the menu scale itself or scroll up and down for all menu items to
be seen.
