First and foremost, you have the most confusing and hard to follow bug reporting
system I have ever seen.  I am very disappointed, this is enough to make me want
to switch back to IE!  
When I try to vote in a poll at CNN.com a window appears stating that my client
doesn't have access into this area.  It works perfectly well on IE.  When I
tried to sign a petition on Tedkennedy.com, the site failed to be contacted. 
This has been occuring with other sites (including gmail and google!) but after
a second try it works out.  For these specific sites, (CNN and Ted Kennedy's
site) the problem is consistent?

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to CNN.com
2. On the lower right hand corner there is a poll, click the most liberal answer.
3. Second site: Try sending a petition at Tedkennedy.com, simply won't open.

Actual Results:  
Within the Poll window it says, "Forbidden
Your client is not allowed to access the requested object."

Expected Results:  
Shown the results of the poll.

cnn works for me in a trunk ff build on winxp. I don't wish to try to sign a
petition at tedkennedy.com. If it is still and issue with ted, please file a
_separate_ bug on the site and contact them directly regarding the problem.

remember, 1 site per bug.
