I get this error:

"Error 5: Invalid formkey."

I filled in all the fields. On the very first try, I got a different error
message (don't remember what it was). Now I only get the error message above.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to: 
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/themes/moreinfo.php?application=firefox&id=439&page=opinion

2. Submit a response

Actual Results:  

"Error 5: Invalid formkey."

Expected Results:  
It should have accepted my response.

I'm almost sure it is SQUID fault, giving the same form key to more than one
requestor... Not that this form key thing is useful - I'd better check IPs for
duplicates. My 2 cents

Hi Chris,

Yes, I tried it today and got the following error:

"Error 1: Extension ID is Invalid or Missing."


Then I hit the Back button and clicked Post once more to get the following error:

"Error 5: Invalid formkey."

Browser: FireFox 1.0.4

I get this bug too, the exact same as the bug poster - Error 1 the first time,
error 5 forever after.  It's still there.

Oh, I've also got ff 1.0.4, on Windows XP, with IE also installed, if that helps.
