Interestingly, my own build (2005-04-20 4:45:06.64 BST) has similar issues with
the help menu; everything opens and works, except that there is a red "^" below
the status bar (with no source text), and the help menu item is blank and wont open.

This was caused because I forgot to checkin the other-licenses/branding parts of
bug 287262 - now fixed.
