On the main page there is a star background. This works on MS Internet 
Explorer, but will not display in Mozilla Firefox. The site is one your our 
clients and he is egor to know how to correct the problem.

Expected Results:  
displayed black star background
The link to the stylesheet uses back slashes,
_themes\copy-of-balance\copy1011.css, which we escape to %5C rather than
treating them as mistaken forward slashes and requesting
_themes/copy-of-balance/copy1011.css.
