Open firefox. HIde the navigation bar and bookmarks folder toolbars .  Press Alt
+ D with the Caps lock of the keyboard on.  The Open URL dialog doesn't pop up.
 If the navigation toolbar is shown, the both 'd' & 'D' has the same effect i.e.
whethe caps lock is on or off, doen't make a difference.  

Please see.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Press Caps lock to switch it on
2. Press Alt + D




Expected Results:  
Open url dialog should come up.

Reporter, please search before you file a bug. This has been reported several
times before, and is already fixed on the trunk.
