bookmark window from "Bookmark this page" doesnt resize according to screen and
dock size after extending it to see all bookmark folders (and not the default
last 5 used ones) resulting in unaccessability of the ADD and NEW FOLDER  on the
bottom of the popup
simplest fix: enable "+" button for window on the upper left corner
better , make window clevererer
ALSO: window's jumpiness after extending the window to see all bookmark folders
isnt cool   (no no)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.choose BOOKMARK THIS PAGE
2.extend the window using the single arrow extend button and voila
donno how the window ever got that big though
3.

Actual Results:  
bottom of window expanded over the bottom edge of my screen (see above)

Expected Results:  
see above
resize so that the whole window is fully visible and accessible
