In the page "http://www.diba.de" is a button (top, left) to get the SSL login.
Normally a SLL login frame will start after click on it. But now, there will be
only a error message that describes a browser error. It tells me that FireFox
have no 128 Bit coding.
German message: Leider unterstützt der auf Ihrem Computer installierte
Internetbrowser keine 128 bit-SSL-Verschlüsselung.
English message (sorry, it´s translated ;-): Unfortunately the internetbrowser
installed on your computer does not support 128 bit SSL coding.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Enter page http://www.diba.de (online banking)
2. Start login (button top,left)
3. ... result

Actual Results:
-> You will see the error message

Expected Results:
The normal login with edit fields of your bank account and your account id.
Firefox supports 128 bit encrytion and also more.
The bank had such problems in the past (bug 127539).

You should ask the diba support for help...
