there are two "save all..." menu items under File | Attachments menu for both
the 3 pane and the stand alone msg window.

also, the first one doesn't work, giving this js error:

Error: SaveAllAttachments is not defined

the second one works.

also, they both come after a separator.  I'm not sure where the separator is
supposed to be.

I'm using the 4-18 trunk tbird builds from ftp.mozilla.org
