This is a really picky interface bug. The scrollbar is typically tan, when I
mouse over it, it is dark. When I drag it around, it stays dark, when I let the
mouse button up, it turns back to tan. If I click again or move the mouse at all
it turns back to dark. I don't get this behavior with other GTK2 apps. The
scrollbars there stay dark as long as the mouse is over them.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag scrollbar around
2. Release mouse
Actual Results:  
scrollbar turns tan

Expected Results:  
scrollbar stays dark
