The "quick search" box at the top right corner of pretty much every page on the
eBay site no longer offers auto-complete in Mozilla Firefox 1.0.3.
When you click on the search box and type something in, it works like a normal
text box, no matter what you had typed in previously. It doesn't check if you're
retyping an earlier search and offer to auto-complete it.
It used to offer auto-complete in Mozilla Firefox 1.0.2, and Microsoft Internet
Explorer also offers auto-complete.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to eBay.
2. Type something in the "quick search" box.
3. Click Search or press return.
4. Go to eBay again.
5. Start to type the same thing you typed in step 2 again in the "quick search" box.

Actual Results:
The "quick search" box worked like a normal text box, with no auto-complete.

Expected Results:
It should have offered the thing previously typed, and clicking on it should
have automatically filled it in.

This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that
bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are
highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.

While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we
are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce
this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a
copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and
you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug
(given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more
reproduction information if you have it.

If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not
changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved.
Thank you for your help in this matter.

Ebay altered the textbox to include autocomplete="off"
