When i play (actually my litlle brother) the game "hot racer" on www.spele.nl.
And i mute the sound with a right click, everything works perfect but if i
then close mozilla, it wont startup again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to www.spele.nl
2.open the game "hot racer". You can find it on the right side under "race".
3.Then, when the game has opened, right click youre mouse, go to "adjust
volume" and then click on mute.
4.Close firefox.
5. Try to open it again
Actual Results:
Firefox wont open again.

Expected Results:
Obviously it should have opened, so that i could use my favourite browser
Reproducible with Firefox 1.0.3 (and Mozilla 1.7.7), the firefox.exe process is
still running and blocks the new firefox.exe process. It seems that I don't have
to mute the game to see this bug. I tried some other Shockwave race games but I
couldn't reproduce this bug with those games.
