Bug 254225 made some changes to the back/forward keyboard shortcuts: Accel+Left/Right Arrow is gone on Mac. The Accel+[ / ] shortcut was there all the time on Mac (#ifdef XP_UNIX), and bug 254225 made it show up in the menu, so we need to document it.
