dragging text over the subject text box opens the attachments box

it seems like only an attachment should do that?
minor, at best.

I'm using version 1.0+ (20050418) on windows xp
QA Contact: message-compose
happens in 2.0.0.6, but WFM version 3.0a1pre (20070818) windows - no attachment box
