Details

We split up buglist tables every 200 bugs or so.  This was a hack for browsers
that couldn't easily partially render large tables, but such browsers are few
and far between these days.  Modern browsers handle partially loaded large
tables with aplomb.  We should remove this hackery so that interesting work like
Jesse Ruderman's buglist sort script don't have to work around it.
