Steps:
 1. Minimize Mozilla Firefox 1.0.2 and/or Thunderbird 20050419 build (also
1.0.2) to taskbar.
 2. Open Desktop properties dialog and make some change, then Apply or OK

Result:
 Either/Both Mozilla applications above will restore (become un-minimized).

Evaluation:
 Undesirable result. This should not happen. OpenOffice.org, for example, does
not do this, nor does any other application I have ever had running in such a case.
