Build 2000022408, Win95
I deleted Users50, MozRegistry, Mail5, News5 and launched today's build (am
using POP mail). I wasn't asked if I wanted to import my 4.x profile. So I
entered the name of my personal profile "roberts" in the profile manager. I was
told that this profile already existed. It does, but only a 4.x version of it.
There didn't seem a way to import my 4.x profile. I was able to import in
previous builds.

Did you run using the -installer flag? Profile migration only occurs when this
flag is used.

Just ran (4 times) with -installer flag (from Start|Run menu). Seamonkey
launched but didn't migrate my 4.x profile. Feel free to come on down and look
at my machine.

This problem was caused by lack of disk space. Marking dup of 13850 because
Cindy wanted some feedback about why her mail didn't show up in the new profile.
