Crash near the end of install (first progress bar nearly at end) with Error:
Quality Feedback Agent -214 DOES NOT EXIST

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Download the installer.
2. Run it.


Actual Results:  
Error popup at end of install "Quality Feedback Agent DOES NOT EXIST". (Options
to install it or not are absent in Normal install and greyed out in Custom install)

Expected Results:  
Proceeded to end of install and (after asking me) launched the newly-installed
Firefox.

After clicking [OK] in the popup, the installer is stalled. It must be closed by
clicking the red [X] at top right.

Update: apparently the bug happens late enough for the new version of the
browser to be installed: "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US;
rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050422 Firefox/1.0.4". I'm downgrading this bug to Normal
severity if Bugzilla lets me.

A later crash (not repeatable AFAICT, I'm not filing a bug for it) shows that
"some" quality feedback agent is installed too. I can't tell if it's the version
packaged with this nightly or with yesterday's.

Error does not happen on next nightly, "Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1;
en-US; rv:1.7.8) Gecko/20050423 Firefox/1.0.4". I am tentatively closing this
bug. Please reopen if it reappears. Please verify that it can definitely be
regarded as "fixed".
