Often when I Ctrl-left-click on certain links, Firefox opens them in a new
_window_.  However, I'd like them to open in a new tab.  Middle-clicking on the
same link opens them in a new tab.

I would like them to have the same behavior, especially because Ctrl-left-click
is much easier for me to type.  (with a two-button mouse in X, you must click on
the left and right buttons simultaneously to simulate a middle-click)
