scrolling issue with the message pane 

here's what I'm seeing:

1)  receive a html message that is big enough to require a vertical scrollbar
2)  click and hold somewhere in the message pane
3)  drag the mouse "down", beyond the window
4)  keep dragging the mouse "down"

if you see what I see, you will see the message scroll down (good!) and then
whip to the top and start scrolling down again (unexpected) and over and over.

I would expect it to stop once we hit the "bottom".

please let me know if that explanation is not good enough.

I am on windows xp, 0418 trunk 1.0+ build
