My sister is having a problem on her laptop.  I believe she had a previous
version before version 1.0.2.  She just updated to version 1.0.3 and the page is
blank.  What more additional information do you need?

Reproducible: Didn't try



Expected Results:  
The software should have allowed a webpage to come up instead of a blank page.

When she updated to 1.0.3 from the version before 1.0.2 it installed fine but
when Mozilla Firefox was opened up the page came up blank.

Sounds like a problem with Firefox, not a problem with Bugzilla.  Moving to the
Firefox area.

you determine what details are necessary.

Was it a clean install? Are there any extensions installed? Provide as many
details as you can.

A previous version of Mozilla Firefox was installed and she went to mozilla.org
to download the newest update.  It downloaded fine and installed but the page
did not come up.  On the desktop which I am using I had version 1.0.2 and i
downloaded and installed 1.0.3 fine and then i deleted version 1.0.2.exe.  There
wasn't any extensions installed.

Of you mean that Firefox doesn't load any pages ("and the page is
blank" what Do you mean with that, which page ?) :
Reconfigure you Firewall. The Firwefox.exe changed and you have to update the
Firefox entry. That could mean that you have to delet ethe firefox entry in your
Firewall and add it again.

Ok.  For Mozilla Firefox when she goes into goes into Mozilla Firefox after the
update the webpage that she sent does not come up.  Does she have to completely
uninstall Mozilla Firefox from Add/Remove Programs and then redownload Mozilla
Firefox?
