mailto links on websites don't work with Firefox and Mozilla, I have seen many
related issues on google  and still surprised no one have fixed this problem jet..

I suspect from the description that this is a problem with Firefox and not a
problem with Bugzilla.  Moving to the Firefox area.

Doesn't work means what exactly ?
Do you mean bug 273071 ?
Did you even search in bugzilla before you filed your bug report ?

Could also be a duplicate of bug 227786, bug 281847 or bug 273071.

Could you attach a more detailed description of your problem?
Or duplicate this bug as one of the other bugs if it's one of them.

Please verify also your GNOME prefs.
(From bug 273071: Mailto links are controlled by GNOME prefs, even in KDE.)

I'm resolving this bug as WORKSFORME since it, works for me and the reporter didn't answer any of the questions in comments 2 and three.
