When trying to start Firefox 1.03, Windows XP displays the error message  
"firefox.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the 
inconvinience."  Tried to start in safemode, and get the same error.  Also 
cannot edit profiles using run -> firefox.exe -profilemanager.  Get the same 
windows error.  Tried uninstalling/reinstalling (first deleted all directories). 
Tried installing Mozilla, and get the error message  "mozilla.exe has 
encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvinience."

inconvinience." error message was displayed

Expected Results:  
Opened the web browser.
