When I click on the "get started" button of the website the next page does not 
load completely. All the options do not get displayed. But this is not an issue 
with IE6

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Invoke the https://www.thevalidnetwork.com/wbp322/wps?rq=eqpif&sp=7517 on the 
address bar
2.After the page loads click on "get started" button

Actual Results:  
The page does not display completely

Expected Results:  
The page should display with all the options

I dont see any "get started" button on this page, can you be more specific please
Is this bug report is related to bug 291569? If I go to the URL for that bug I
get redirected to https://www.thevalidnetwork.com/wbp322/wps?rq=eqpif&sp=7517,
which is the exact URL for this bug.
