Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Invoke web briwser and enter www.bills.com
2.Click on Join Now button 


Actual Results:  
Security window is poping up and not able to navigate to next page

Expected Results:  
Security window should not pop up and it should navigate to the next page

WFM with Mozilla 1.8b1 and 1.8b2/20050422, no security pop-up when I click the
'Join Now' button on www.bills.com or when I go to
http://www.bills.com/Open_acct_r.htm?x=52&y=14 (which redirects me to
https://www.thevalidnetwork.com/wbp322/wps?rq=eqpif&sp=7517).
