Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3
Build Identifier: Thunderbird 1.0.2

This is very repeatable. Firefox is running and I am listening to an audio feed
of "Mike and Mike" from ESPNradio.com . Thunderbird is also running, but in the
background. Now, I'm not exactly sure Thunderbird is going out to get the RSS
feeds, but I'm very suspicious. After approximately 10 minutes, the entire
computer hangs and must be rebooted with the reset button. 10 minutes is the
refresh interval I have for all my RSS feeds and email.

I am confident Thunderbird is the culprit because when I listen to the ESPNradio
feed without Thunderbird, all is well for an extended period of time. However,
things go bonkers within 10 minutes (or when Thunderbird starts) after starting
Thunderbird.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start Thunderbird and place it in the background
2.Make sure Thunderbird is grabbing RSS feeds and email automatically at a small
interval. I have mine set for 10 minutes for both RSS feeds and email; and I
have multiple RSS feed accounts within Thunderbird.
3.Goto ESPNradio.com and select an audio feed. This always happens when
listening to Mike and Mike.
4.Wait and see. . . .

Actual Results:
Big time hang.

Expected Results:
No hang.
