When I start Firefox it will open a window and it will sit there and not load 
anything. At the bottom lefthand corner where it tells you the website title 
of what it is trying to load all that will ever read is start.mozilla.org..... 
and thats all Firefox will do. It just won't concet.

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Click on any icon to start Firefox.
2.Window opens and does nothing.
3.

Actual Results:  
The window will sit there and try to load. Over a day of wait there was still 
nothing up in the window

Expected Results:  
the google page should have loaded

No website when typed in will load.
What versions are y ou using? Try starting in safe mode please and report back here.
If you're using a firewall, make sure that it doesn't block Firefox. It's the
most common problem, especially after an update.
Please update your firewall setting.
