The shortcuts for Go Back/Forward have been chaged from Cmd+Left/Right to Cmd+[/].
While Safari also displays Cmd+[/] in its menu (when System Language is set to
English), Cmd+Left/Right also works.
Cmd+[/] results in problems when the System Language is set to something
different than English. Eg with German language settings, you are required to
press Cmd+Alt+5/6. German Safari displays Cmd+Ö/Ä instead of Cmd+[/] in its
menu. Cmd+Left/Right works with every keyboard language Layout in Safari.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Browse the web a bit
2. Press Cmd+Left
3. Press Cmd+Right

Actual Results:  
Nothing happens.

Expected Results:  
Go Back/Forward
