User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3

I have been using Outlook Web Access with Firefox effectively for the past
several weeks. During this time I have been able to open all attachments using
the Download Manger by selecting the attachment. In the last 2-days I have been
able to open or download any attachments sent in Outlook Web Access. I have
also tried to "save" the attachments but have been unable to open the
attachments after saving.

After trying to open the attachment, the system "freezes" with Firefox "Not
Responding" after several seconds.

PLEASE HELP!

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto "Outlook Web Access" and log-in.
2. Open any email with an attachment.
3. Open the attachment by clicking-on the file.

Actual Results:
1. System freezes with "Firefox" application crashing after I attempt to close
the window.

Expected Results:
1. Opened the attachement in a separate window using the appropriate software
(e.g. Excel, Word).
Are you using any extensions that could be causing that?

highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
