User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 I have been using Outlook Web Access with Firefox effectively for the past several weeks. During this time I have been able to open all attachments using the Download Manger by selecting the attachment. In the last 2-days I have been able to open or download any attachments sent in Outlook Web Access. I have also tried to "save" the attachments but have been unable to open the attachments after saving. After trying to open the attachment, the system "freezes" with Firefox "Not Responding" after several seconds. PLEASE HELP! Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Goto "Outlook Web Access" and log-in. 2. Open any email with an attachment. 3. Open the attachment by clicking-on the file. Actual Results: 1. System freezes with "Firefox" application crashing after I attempt to close the window. Expected Results: 1. Opened the attachement in a separate window using the appropriate software (e.g. Excel, Word).

WFM Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3. I have tested 3 differnet types of attachments: jpg, pdf and doc. Outlook Webaccess was running on an Exchange 2003 SP1 and Windows 2003 Srv SP1. 1.hepworth@sympatico.ca, do you know what kind of OWA is their (2003, 2000, 5.5)? (It`s also shown in the Help-> About Outlook Web Access)

This is an automated message, with ID "auto-resolve01". This bug has had no comments for a long time. Statistically, we have found that bug reports that have not been confirmed by a second user after three months are highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code. While your input is very important to us, our resources are limited and so we are asking for your help in focussing our efforts. If you can still reproduce this problem in the latest version of the product (see below for how to obtain a copy) or, for feature requests, if it's not present in the latest version and you still believe we should implement it, please visit the URL of this bug (given at the top of this mail) and add a comment to that effect, giving more reproduction information if you have it. If it is not a problem any longer, you need take no action. If this bug is not changed in any way in the next two weeks, it will be automatically resolved. Thank you for your help in this matter.
