Attempt to download Silver Skin from
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/themes/moreinfo.php?application=thunderbird&numpg=10&id=429
(the link is
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/core/install.php/silver_skin_(for_thunderbird)-2.0-tb.jar?passthrough=yes&uri=http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/themes/silver%20skin%20(for%20thunderbird)/silver_skin_(for_thunderbird)-2.0-tb.jar).

Right click, "Save link as...", the "save as" dialog comes with the filename
xxx.jar.htm in the filename field and saves it under that name.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to
https://addons.update.mozilla.org/themes/moreinfo.php?application=thunderbird&numpg=10&id=429
2. Right click on "Install Now" link, select save as...
3. Save file "xxx.jar.htm"

Actual Results:
File named "xxx.jar.htm" instead of xxx.jar is saved on the hard disk.
Deleting the *.htm extension doesn't solve the problem.

Expected Results:
Save the theme file with the proper extension (*.jar).
It is getting the message "Invalid URI cannot Continue"
