It should create a new folder. Right-click --> New --> Folder works correctly Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Right-click a link such as http://www.google.com 2. Click save link as... 3. Click on Create New Folder button (next to up, back, and view menu) Actual Results: Nothing Expected Results: Created a new folder

This bug only shows up when the folder you are trying to create a new folder in is the desktop.
