a java script used to scroll text in the bottom of the browser window doesn't
work in firefor but works fine with Internet Explorer.
The script is in the file the is used for the top frame of the page. To see an
example of the code use www.uprising.me.uk/topbar1.htm

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to www.uprising.me.uk
2. view any page except the forum
3.

Actual Results:  
if viewed with firefox no scrolling text appears at the bottom of the sceen

Expected Results:  
Scroling text at the bottom of the screen should appear as it does when the same
page is viewed using IE
Go to Options > Web Features > Advanced > Change status bar text to re-enable
this feature.
