When I tried to enter some Chinese characters into the replying box of this
website (a discussion forum), I can not type in Chinese. English is OK. But not
in Chinese.

However, if I use a regular text editor, such as Apple's TextEdit, type out
whatever I want, and then copy the text and then paste to the replying box. The
Chinese text will be pasted.

Not being able to type in Chinese is a new problem I never encountered before.
In the past, no matter what version of Mozilla, I alway can type in Chinese
directly.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to that website
2. Try to reply in Chinese text
3.
Actual Results:
Cursor won't blink or move. Impossible to type in Chinese text in the Replying
(Form).

Expected Results:
Get this serious problem fix.

I'm using the 9/22 builts of the SeaMonkey and found to my surprise, I CAN NOT
reply letters in Chinese. In the past, the nightly builds won't allow me to
enter Chinese characters into a form of certain website pages. But, now, it is
degenerated to a point that I could NOT even input Chinese in the Mail.

HELP! HELP! This bug will render the Seamonkey to useless!!!!!!
