The tools menu is becoming increasingly populated with the latest nightlies. I'm
not sure that all of the items there are really justified and that they (and the
separators) are adding to bloat.

This bug is for removing items or reorganising so that the menu is more usable
again. Discussion for this should go in a thread on Mozillazine, which I'll post
the URL for in a few minutes. Again, this is not a bug for discussion, it's a
bug for action (if any is to be taken) following the discussion.

Bug 291348 also covers this, but I didn't manage to locate it before posting
this. One of these should be duped to the other - it probably doesn't matter
which way unless one of them starts to fill up with opinions and suggestions.
