291809 - Theme and Extension managers missing get more links

Seen on windows trunk build 2005-04-25-07-trunk

-start with a fresh profile
-Open Theme or Extension Manager (both exhibit this bug)

tested results:
1)The window opens with only enough room to show the buttons of the manager
2)resizing the window shows a blank space (expected 'cause nothing has been
installed)
3)The get more themes or extensions link is missing

this regressed over the weekend.  I'll track down the window.

This is fallout from the new EM changes, and it might be a dupe of bug 291675.
Does this work correctly with a zip build?

yep, works with the .zip build of same build ID

What about with a profile from before the regression? If it works then too, this
is a dupe of bug 291675.

It is broken running todays build with a profile created by the build from 0422.

Ok, I might be misunderstanding bug 291675. No harm in leaving this open,
marking depends. Could you by any chance test with bug 291675's patch? I'm not
in a position to do so until later tonight.

I can't reproduce this anymore with: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1;
en-US; rv:1.8b2) Gecko/20050426 Firefox/1.0+

Someone mark it as fixed.
