Tinderboxes have been orange all weekend and we aren't getting any nigthly builds:

the first set of problems I see look related to the new extension manager
landing from Ben on 4/22.


I get a bunch of JS errors on intial startup and then the process spins back
down again.

i still get the following JS error even with the new prefs being added:

Attachment: packaging changes for new extension manager stuff

this patch makes the default theme show up again in the themes manager. ditto
for extensions.
