when i attempt to close just the popup window the whole firefox browser warns i
will close ALL firefox browser windows that are open. i cannot close the popup
by itself. 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.yahoo insider pops up >im intrasted in media shown
2. click on link related opens link in my firefox browser
3. open sublink to view a sample video 

Actual Results:  
website requires viewing with >yahoo video player which is linked to Netscape
software used to view video in a separate popup window.
>dont want aditional software and alternate browser>Netscape. i attempt to close
popup window >>firefox warns all windows of firefox will be closed if i continue.

Expected Results:  
just close the popup window by itself and not all other firefox browser windows.

i am using defalt firefox theme with latest release of firefox.
