Double clicking of a download instance while in progress can cause interrupt.

To reproduce:
1) start the download of a .dmg file
2) while still in progress double click the instance in the download list

Result:
A finder window opens saying the .dmg file was incorrectly encoded. Even on
completion of the download the Finder can no londer mount the .dmg file.

I tried this with .sit file and this doesn't really causes problems as Stuffit
throws a nice error message. My guess is that propably the finder is reading or
writing to the file while it shouldn't cause some interrupted file in camino.

I would suggest to disable the opening of the file while in progress just like
we do with the toolbar items.
