Details

User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3

When I got the update notice for Firefox, I clicked on it to start the down
load/install. At the end I got 'instal completed. May need to restart for parts
to work correctly' or something like that. When I restarted, I got a blank
screen. Just the basic interface but none of the buttons work except for
minimize, maximize and close buttons. Firefox in safe mode seems to work though

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Firefox
2.
3.

Actual Results:
Blank Start up screen

Expected Results:
Home page (www.google.com) to have loaded, other buttons to work

I attempted to uninstall, redownload, and reinstall Firefox to no avail.
This works for me using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; fr-FR;
rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3. Try creating a new profile.

If it works in safe-mode, but not in regular mode, then it seems to suggest that
some extension (or theme) that you have installed might be incompatible.
Version: unspecified → 1.0 Branch
Marking Invalid (extension/theme problem - works fine in safe mode)
