Upon starting Firefox, with Google being the default start page, I notice that
my whole bookmark history is wiped.  This includes the erasure of the Mozilla
URL bookmark icons below the history, home buttons and URL bar.

Reproducible: Didn't try

You likely created a new profile. Try using the profile manager to access your
old profile.

wfm then, no response from reporter if it was new profile or dataloss (so can't
dupe).
