At http://www.csharp-station.com/Tutorials/Lesson16.aspx, selected text from
beginning of line "The C# Station Tutorial" (near top of page, in blue text) to
end of line "I invite you to return for Lesson 17: Enums." (near bottom of page)
is clipped at the top and bottom of page 4 (of 5)

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to http://www.csharp-station.com/Tutorials/Lesson16.aspx.
Drag-select from beginning of line "The C# Station Tutorial" (near top of page,
in blue text) to end of line "I invite you to return for Lesson 17: Enums."
(near bottom of page).

File/Print
Select "Selection".
Click OK.
Actual Results:  
Bottom and top of page 4 (of 5) is clipped.

This occurs on all the printers I've tried (Brother MFC-5440CN and HP DeskJet
680C) as well as Adobe PDF Writer.

Expected Results:  
All the text that is readable on screen should be readable on the printed page,
a line of text should not span two pages.
