291890 - Clean profile function doesn't delete local profile directory

So, I just landed a patch (see bug 291033) that moves the network and XUL caches
from "%USERPROFILE%\Application Data\..." to "%USERPROFILE%\Local Settings\..."
on Windows
and
from "~/Library/Application Registry/..." to "~/Library/Caches/..." on Mac OSX.

The patch only affects mozilla/toolkit based applications, meaning Firefox and
Thunderbird.  I suspect that this means that the code that deletes the user
profile in the tinderbox scripts will not be entirely correct since it will no
longer delete the network cache and the XUL cache.  This may impact our
performance metrics.

I haven't had a chance to look into the tinderbox scripts to see what is needed
to correct this problem.
