After terminate FireFox process from Windows task Manager,
and start FireFox again,all cache cleared.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Start FireFox
2.Start Windows Task Manager
3.Terminate FireFox process from Windows task manager
4.Start FireFox again
5.Look into cache folder

Actual Results:  
FireFox cache cleared
That's normal. When Firefox crashes or is terminated like that, the cache in in
an undetermined state (not flushed properly).
