User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050321 Firefox/1.0.2
Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-GB; rv:1.7.6) Gecko/20050321 Firefox/1.0.2

My IMAP Server was originally populated by Squirrelmail, so I got
INBOX,INBOX.Trash,INBOX.Draft,INBOX.Sent as my default folders.
In Thunderbord 1.0.2 I can specify these folders to be used for Trash, Templates
and Sent respectively. I then wish to delete the folders created by Thunderbird
in my root dir. Draft and Sent can be deleted, but seemingly there's no way to
delete the trash folder in root. I can remove it using another imap client
(squirrelmail) but on reloading thunderbird, it just recreates the trash folder
in root (although it isn't used as the default location for messages I delete
any more).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create Folder Inbox.Trash
2.Set Trash folder to be inbox.trash
3.Note you cannot delete trash folder in root
4.Delete Trash folder in Root with other client
5.Reload Thunderbird.
6.Note Trash folder has been created in Root
