User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.7.7) Gecko/20050414 Firefox/1.0.3 Thunderbird version 1.0.2 (20050317) POP3 and IMAP Multiple Account Only the IMAP Emails will be automatically downloaded every 10 mins. I have multiples emails (3+ Account) two IMAP and one POP3. If I press the Get All Mail It will download the Emails from the POP3 and IMAP. but It is clear that the emails from the POP3 are not automatically downloaded as per the setting in the Account Manager. Also Sometime for the Pop Account I must be in the Pop INBOX otherwise Get Mail does not download them. (No Problem in Outlook) I did use Thunderbird 0.9 before and did a new Install in the same directory. But I also get this problem in another PC (Home) with a new install of 1.02. Hope you guys can found the issue ? BG Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Create Account 1 IMAP 2.Create Account 2 IMAP 3.Create Account 3 POP3 4.Setup Check for new messages every 10 Minutes for each account 5.Send Emails to each account Wait over 10 Minutes 6.Only the IMAP Account will have the New Emails 7.Press Get All Emails And you will get the emails Actual Results: Emails Not automatically uploaded for Pop3 Account Expected Results: Get new Messages every 10 Mins.

The Only Change to a Default Pop3 Account Creation is that I Change the Advance Account Settings to Inbox for this server's account instead of the Global Inbox(Local Folfers Account) Hope this Help.
I also have this problem for a long time, but today I have taken an extra deep look in settings and find the solution: 1.Go to account settings 2.Go to your POP account: server properties 3.Below the point 'Check every 10 minutes for new mails' is a checkbox for a point like 'download new mails automatically' - You have to mark this checkbox! I can´t tell you the exact strings because I use the German version. In German: Extras - Konten - [Dein POP-Konto] - Server-Einstellungen - Neue Nachrichten automatisch herunterladen anklicken!

untick and retick the "Check for new messages at startup" and "Check for new messages every XXX Minutes". For some reason when all the accounts are created the Check for message every XXX Minutes is not ticked for POP3 where it is for all the IMAP Account
