the disabled scrollbar disapears when the box gets focus (this seems to be a new
feature: focussing overflow:auto boxes) or the window is resized.

Reproducible: Always

This could be fixed by the fix for bug 240276, if I understand correctly what
you mean.

do you have a screenshot? testcase? or a url to demonstrate what you are talking
about? Also some steps to reproduce would help.

Weird.. In my mockup the disabled scrollbar is allways shown. This testcase does
not allways work. Resizing the browser window then reloading the testcase shows
the bug most of the times.

weird....I see it when I hit the middle button in the top right... the restore
down button but then when I restore to maximize i do not see it.
