On first start of FF I got an empty dialog. See atached picture.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install FF (as administrator)
2. start FF as regular user

Actual Results:
Dialog about being a default browser appears. I click YES.
Then an empty dialog appears. I clicked "Cancel".

Expected Results:
No weird dialogs appear.

Could you try setting "javascript.options.showInConsole" to true in about:config
and listing any errors that appear in the javascript console?

Is this reproducible?
I believe it only happens on the first start (can I set
"javascript.options.showInConsole" before that ?)

I'm also 95% sure, that I had no network connection at that time.
(I have PPPoE ADSL and it was not connected)

Will try again, when I'm home. (probably friday/saturday)
You can set the pref and then restart. This may be caused by an corrupt install,
did you try reinstalling in a clear directory?
No. But the first install was into a clear directory.
Besides it happened only on first start. Then on the following starts it did not
happen.

highly unlikely to be the source of a fix to the code.
