When I set the port under Tools>Options>GlobalSettings>DCC on chatzilla,
ZoneAlarm doesn't know chatzilla is listening on that particular port so it
won't allow a DCC chat session from a firewalled fserve.  ZoneAlarm knows what
port mirc is listening on so the DCC chat session is able to come through.

ChatZilla only listens for connections on *any* DCC port when nessessary; it
does not listen all the time, partly because there is no point, and partly
because under normal curcumstances the port is different for every DCC
connection (it actually lets the OS pick by default).

Once you send a DCC offer, a port will be listening. I believe it remains
listening (though will not accept connections) until the DCC is finished.
