Using Ethereal, it appears that upon navigating to http://server/certsrv Firefox
is sent to a different page than IE.  The output from the Firefox cert request
causes the server to report that the "request subject name is invalid or too long".

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Navigate to the certificate server url.  
2.Input the certificate registration information.
3.

Actual Results:  
The web browser reports that there was an error constructing or publishing the
certificate.

Expected Results:  
IE will present you with a link to install the certificate into your browser.
