I would go so far as to say that a black page with the text:

   mozilla, firefox, thunderbird, sunbird

   mozilla, firefox, thunderbird, sunbird

in the center of the page, in black text on a black background, is probably
trying to violate some trademarks.  Also, I'm sad that I can't tell people to go
to getsunbird.com.

Since Sunbird (to my knowledge) is not trademarked, I'm not sure there's much we
can do. There are no links and seemingly no misuse of the
Mozilla/Firefox/Thundbird trademarks. Is there any reason to even contact the owner?

Sunbird indeed isn't trademarked, although we may be filing a trademark
application in the future. In the mean time, if the Sunbird team want it, they
have to go and ask nicely. :-)

Still not owned by MoCo, but now it's an ad for Sunbird.  It just says it's not affiliated with Mozilla at the top.
